CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GOODS AND STITCH REMOVAL WAIVER ALL ITEMS MUST BE NEW or GENTLY USED and clean without cologne, smoke or other noticeable odors - We will not print or embroider onto odorous and/or otherwise soiled garments. We reserve the right to refuse an order that does not meet these requirements. Problems do not arise often, but customers must be aware of and agree to the possibility. The customer’s items are submitted to Simmons Ink and Stitch with the strict understanding that the customer’s request to remove stitches is at their own risk and Simmons Ink and Stitch is free from any liability whatsoever, for any damage to customer supplied items during the stitch removal process. Simmons Ink and Stitch is not responsible for replacement or financial reimbursement of any customer supplied items damaged in the stitch removal process requested by a customer. When possible, we will attempt to repair the item using embroidery without cost to the customer. A customer’s decline of this option or the failure of an attempted repair to resolve the damage will not obligate Simmons Ink and Stitch in any other way. Please include IN YOUR EMAIL a brief description of the EMBROIDERY TO BE REMOVED. By submitting this waiver, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this waiver and acknowledge that all questions regarding the process have been clearly explained.
